It offers a self -contained apartment with a queen size double bed (4 feet wide) and a folding sofa bed.  Entrance is either through the main house itself or via its own little entrance (please note - one high step). There is access to snack cooking, tea/ coffee facilities, and a bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Quietly located in the tranquil leafy 'Grange' area,  a sought-after residential part of the city, we are within walking distance of Edinburgh's historic centre. Alternatively, the area is well serviced by regular buses to the city centre. (Bus No 42 and 24 -  Cost £1.00). There is easy access to both bus and train stations (Cost by bus £1.00 or taxi around £5.50). The airport, 8 miles from the city centre, is reached either via the city by-pass or by bus (around £3.00) or taxi (around £16.00).
