2003 Annual General Meetings - Edinburgh

The Riccarton Campus of Heriot-Watt University is relatively compact (and isolated). Participants staying on campus will be housed within a short walking distance of the conference, where all meetings will take place.

The number of en suite rooms is limited and will therefore be allocated on a basis of medical need. En-suite rooms attract a surcharge. Ample free car parking will be available. Self-catering accommodation will not be available.

Due to Health and Safety Concerns, cots and floor-mattresses are not being provided. Young Children should share a twin room with their parents. Older Children can either share a twin room with their parents or stay in a single room next to their parents. Please take care when filling in the registration form.

Please note that due to a shortage of room availability on 13 April, only Ministers and their spouses, GA Staff and Guests will be able to stay on the campus Saturday night. If you wish to spend more time in Edinburgh before or after the meetings, please contact the Tourist Information Office (tel: 0131-473-3800), who will help you find accommodation.
